500m run at 13kph. 500m row. 1600m on the bike at level 7 intensity. 2000 punches, 100 in between each set of either pushups,planks,bicep curls, chest presses, clean and press, tricep dips - I do love alex, so much that I’m making him my protein pancakes :)
@3 months agoCircuits including 15kph sprints and cycles, followed by intense core work! I love it! 2 months ago I struggled to run at 11kph! I feel like a gazel!
@1 month agoI can now squat 80kg, bench press 20 and clean and press 20kg! Upping my cardio tonight! Already done one hour of cross fit circuits today! I live for this!!
